For this BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS poster, they should've dispensed with the already bulky tagline and instead gone with ATTACK OF THE FLOATING HEADS. The noggins of Nic Cage and Eva Mendes float ominously over New Orleans in this poster and, frankly, there's not a terrible poster below
